Syftet med studien är att ta reda på och beskriva hur stöttning och återkoppling påverkar läsinlärningen hos elever i åldrarna sju till nio med hjälp av intervjuer och klassrumsobservationer.

Resultaten från intervjuerna och observationerna visar att den stöttning som lärarna ger till eleverna mest består av någon form av återkopplingssamtal. Resultaten visar även att eleverna tar emot och tolkar återkoppling de får olika. Ett av resultaten från intervjuerna och observationerna var att lärarnas val av metod/metoder för läsinlärning påverkar utrymmet som eleverna får för återkoppling på olika sätt. 

The purpose of this study is to determine and describe how support and feedback affects pupils, ranging from the ages seven to nine, in their ability to learn how to read by making use of interviews and classroom observations.

The results from the interviews and observations show that the support teachers give are mostly given in some form of feedback talks. The results also reveal that the pupils receive and interpret support and feedback differently. One particular result from the interviews and observations is that the teachers ́ choice of method/methods influenced the space that the pupils are given for feedback in different ways.
