Sammandrag

Det finns en mängd olika arbetsformer i skolan att använda sig av som pedagog. Som lärare gäller det att ha kunskap om hur eleverna ska stimuleras för att få en optimal utveckling.

Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka vad lärare samt elever har för syn och erfarenhet gällande pedagogiska arbetsformer på deras skola. Utifrån John Steinbergs tre inriktningar för pedagogiskt arbete, formulerades intervjufrågor för undersökningen. Tre lärare samt tre elevgrupper intervjuades och fick ge sin bild av undervisningsformerna på skolan. Tillsammans fick de representera de tidigare åren i grundskolan. Genom analysering av intervjuerna, framkom undersökningens resultat.

Samtliga pedagoger använder sig av varierande arbetsformer, men deras vision är att arbeta mera med estetiskt samt praktiskt arbete. Lärarna menar också att grunden till en stimulerande utveckling är glada, trygga och intresserade elever. De yngsta eleverna förespråkar enskilt arbete i läroböcker, medan de äldre eleverna föredrar varierande arbetsformer. Samtliga elever har önskemål om mer estetiskt arbete. Lärares och elevers syn på stimulerande pedagogiska arbetsformer stämmer bra överens på den undersökta skolan.

Abstract

As a pedagogue there are a lot of different workmodels in school to use. As a teacher you need to have knowledge to stimulate and to give the pupils an optimal progress.

The aim of this essay was to examine teachers and pupils wiew and experiences of pedagogic work models in their school. Questions for the examine was formulated according to the three alignments of pedagogic work by John Steinberg. Three teachers and three groups of pupils were interviewed, and they present their thoughts about type of teaching in school. All together they will represent the ealier year of primary school. The result of the examination appeard, by analysis of the interviews.

All the pedagogues are using varying work models, but their vision is to work more with aesthetic art and practical work. To have a stimulated progress, the pupils have to be happy, indemnify and interested, says the teachers. The youngest pupils prefer to work alone with the classbooks, whereas the older pupils prefer varying work models. All pupils want to work more whith aesthetic. Teachers and pupils view of stimulating pedagogic work models, fits well on the examined school.
