The purpose of this study is to investigate how I, as a teacher, can facilitate things for students with difficulties regarding concentration and attention. I have investigated how teachers in compulsory school are working with these subjects today. The work is consisting of studies of literature and interviews with teachers. The teachers are working at three schools in three Mid-Swedish cities, which are different in size, both regarding the schools and the cities.

The investigation and the studies of literature show that there is a lot that I as a teacher can do to facilitate things for students with difficulties regarding concentration and attention. Everything does not cost a lot, and there is a lot that I can do with small changes. Students with difficulties regarding concentration and attention have the same needs as students who don’t have the difficulties, however in some ways to a higher extent.
