Abstract
This work is concentrated on preschool children and it focus on children and play. The purpose with this investigation is to develop the knowledge about much affect children play has on the preschool learning. There is a lot of literature in this subject to use and it’s both old and new, so you can notice that this has been an attractive subject for a long time. To catch both theory and reality view in the investigation, dig I use four qualitative interviews in two different preschools, in to different municipalities. They resulted in very good and interesting material witch has connections whit the literature. My results shows that playing is a very big and important part of children learning process, its trough playing that child’s learning most. It doesn’t matter what children are doing or playing with, they learn all the time. It’s when you have fun that you learn things. As an educationalist do you have to wake children interests and inspire them to new learning. The educationalist are playing with the children as long as they want that and even when the educationalist hears, sees something or when the playing is out of control. The educationalist does not steer when the children are playing, but are always present.
