This project is a web-based application designed to monitor the status of industrialmachines and manage scheduled maintenance. The application aims to address sev-eral challenges associated with traditional manual methods for documenting machinefailures and maintenance activities, including risks of data loss, difficulties in trackingmaintenance history, lack of analytical tools and limited accessibility.
The key objectives of the project were to create a user-friendly system, ensure efficientand fast management of machine-related processes, reduce resource consumption andcosts, provide a high level of security and facilitate seamless data collection and analysisfor machine performance. To meet these objectives, the application was developed usingHTML, CSS and JavaScript, along with supporting technologies such as Node.js andMongoDB.
The final product meets most of the expected outcomes. It eliminates many of theissues associated with manual tracking and performs well under testing. However, whilethe system is error-free, it does not fully meet the desired security standards, such asadvanced authentication and role-based access.i
