Läroplanen beskriver ett bestämt förhållningssätt till etik och moral. Värdegrunden ska genomsyra hela verksamheten i skolan. De vuxnas förhållningssätt till gemensamma regler och normer påverkar i hög grad i vilken mån barnen utvecklar förståelse och respekt för de rättigheter och skyldigheter som gäller i ett demokratiskt samhälle. Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur begreppet ”värdegrund” uppfattas hos personal i två arbetslag vid två olika skolor. Studien ska ge en uppfattning om hur personalen ser på begreppet ”värdegrund” och i vilken uppfattning man uppfattar att man ser en gemensam värdegrund som en angelägenhet. Som underlag för min studie har jag gjort en enkätundersökning. Enkäten lämnades ut individuellt till personal i två arbetslag vid två olika skolor. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att lärarna är medvetna om att samsynen och ett gemensamt förhållningssätt underlättar i arbetslagsarbetet med barnen. Lärarna är väl medvetna om de hinder och vilka redskap som behövs för att driva arbetslagstanken vidare. Undersökningen visar också att det ej är kontinuitet mellan de olika verksamheterna i skolan. The curriculum describes a detirmined attitude to ethics and morals. The foundal of values will penetrate all activitets in school. The adults attitudes to common rules and standards affekt, very much, how the children developes understanding and respect for their rights and obligations, wich counts in a democratic sociaty. The purpose whith this study is to look into how the staff in two teams at two different schools interpret the conception ”foundal of values.” The study will give an understanding of how the staff look at the conception”foundel of values” and in what interpret they apprehand of having a common foundel of values as an concern. As a foundation of my study I have made an inquiny research. The inquiny was given individuel to staff in two teams at two different schools. The result of the research shows that the teachers are aware of, if they have an understanding and common attitudes, it makes their work with the children easier. The teachers are well aware of the obstructions and what tools needed to make the idea of team to develope.
