The purpose of this essay is try find out if it is possible to make movies about heroes in comic-magazines, for example Batman who is the one I have used in this essay. I have tried to compare the four latest movies by Tim Burton and Joel Schumacher with the Batman-comics made after 1985. I have concentrated on the differences in environment, characters, stories and Batmans special stuff. I have also tried to answer if the comicatmosphere is represented in the movies.
