Abstract [en]

 

The purpose with this study was to study the swing and the interaction between the swing and the children. How the swing can be seen as meaningsfull in the development and teaching of children and how the cooperation between the children is going at the swings. To get answers to this questions observations were used in four different occasions. The children were choosed randomly depending on who it was staying at the swings just then. At the observationmoments current protocol were used and undersigned was partly active in the operation. After each observationmoment the observations were transcribed the same day. The result of the study shows the importance of motor movement for the development of balance but even concentration and learning of children. How new contacts ties at the swings, children which usually dont play with each other can interact at the swing and the interaction between the children but also between the children and the teachers.

Abstract [sv]

Syftet med studien var att studera interaktionen mellan gungan och barnen. I studien undersöks om gungan kan ses som meningsfull i barns utveckling och lärande. Vidare studeras samspelet mellan barnen vid gungorna. För att få svar på frågeställningarna användes observationer vid fyra olika tillfällen. Barnen valdes slumpmässigt ut beroende på vilka det var som just då vistades vid gungorna. Vid observationstillfällena användes löpande protokoll och undertecknad var delvis aktiv i verksamheten. Resultatet av studien visar värdet av motorisk rörelse för barns utveckling både vad det gäller balans, men även koncentration och inlärning. Resultatet visar även hur nya kontakter knyts vid gungorna med barn som vanligtvis inte leker med varandra, de kan samspela på gungan. I resultatet visas att det sker ett bra samspel mellan barnen och även mellan barn och pedagoger vid gungan.
