Abstract [en]

Seminal Lecture given to an international audience of scholars and organised under the auspices of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence, based at The University of Manchester in the UK. The Lecture discussed the potential of fusion theory to explain the existing discussions surrounding the 2007 Reform (Lisbon) Treaty, and argued that the Treaty, if ratified, would further enhance fusion processes taking place within the evolving European Union
