Abstract [en]

The OPINION article (the flagship article of the monthly newsletter), written by Lee Miles, argues that the EU Northern Dimension has been principally developed because of close co-operation between Finnish and Swedish diplomats who have sought to 'sing from the same hymn sheet' where possible. He concludes by arguing that Fenno-Swedish co-operation will continue to form one of the central foundations underpinning the development of the EU Northern Dimension portfolio of the EU
