Review of Computer Support for After Market Sales: The Case of Sunds Defibrator

I was contacted from the Swedish organization for After Market Sales within the Sunds Defibrator corporation. The reason for this is the need for a well-founded management decision on computer support for order entry activities for worldwide sales of spare parts and refiner segments. I was asked to accomplish a review of the situation starting from a Swedish and North American point of view. The focus will be on emphasizing some consequences of the strategic use of application packages in the present status and for a next generation in a near future
