Abstract [en]

Which are the roles of business models and IS/IT (Information Systems/Information Technology) in process orientation? Based on earlier work, we here focus on the use of graphical business descriptions and IS/IT in process-oriented organisations. Our experiences come from the research project Business Modelling. Our message is that the conscious use of different types of business models and IS/IT solutions improve the prospects of benefiting from process orientation
