Abstract [en]

The purpose of this paper is that from a theoretic knowledge and by new thinking gets a picture of how you in different ways can motivate children with difficulties to get a good and an effective learning. This paper is based on a study from structured interviews, early knowledge and a theoretic background. I performed the interviews on six educationalists who work on an elementary school with about 220 students. I interviewed two teachers in second and third class, two special instructors and recreation instructors. The things that I have search for in the literature, but also in the interviews, is how to get children with difficulties to get a good and positive teaching. I want to find a kind of formula that you can work with so it will be easy to facilitate the learning for these students. I think that it is important to look to every individual needs and that you use all differentness to something positive. It’s important to show the students that they will reach the goals that the school has for them, and that they feel good about their effort to reach them.
