In order to investigate our research questions we have carried-out two empirical studies, quantitative web-based surveys as well as a qualitative focus group, the empirical studies have resulted in a mixed evaluation of the role of the house magazine for organizational identification. The results also prove that a merely electronic version of the house magazine would not be very well accepted among the employees, as a consideration of the respondents appreciate receiving the magazine in the letterbox.
