The benefits of physical activity and how it affects our health is something the majority is aware of. It was examined how physical activity affects well-being. Through a quantitative survey, I wanted to investigate people's physical activity level and whether they felt it had any significance for their well-being. A total of 41 people participated in the study and the results showed that the majority of the group fulfilled the daily recommendations of physical activity. The majority described that physical activity is important for well-being and health.
