Artikeln behandlar historiebruket knutet till nöjeslivstraditionen längs Kungsgatan i Karlstad efter branden 1865, med fokus på 1900-talet. Ögonblickets/flyktighetens historiebruk står i fokus för framställningen.
Abstract [en]

The article deals with the ways entertainment enterprises (restaurants, hotels, music etc) develop their form of story telling, as a part of bench marking. The case is Kungsgatan in Karlstad after the devastating city fire of 1865, with focus on events and developments during the 20th century.
