Inclusion in Sports and Education : A qualitative study on teachers perspectives at inclusive education (English)
Abstract [en]

The purpose of this paper is to study what the teacher in the subject of sport and health has for view on inclusion. This study is a qualitative study where the collection of material was made by interviews with teachers in the subject of sport and health, where interviews took place one by one. Four interviews were conducted and examined through three special pedagogical perspectives: The critical perspective, the compensatory perspective and the dilemma perspective. The respondents responded to three different themes: The basis of inclusion, the view of their own teaching from an inclusive perspective and the perception of the conditions required to effectively work inclusive. The findings in the study were that three of the respondents had the same perspective while one of the respondents had a different perspective. However, everyone agreed that they wanted smaller groups, or alternatively two teacher systems, which would strengthen the conditions for working inclusive in the classroom.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att studera vad lärare i ämnet idrott och hälsa har för syn på in- kludering. Denna studie är en kvalitativ studie där insamlingen av material gjordes tack vare intervjuer med lärare i ämnet idrott och hälsa, där intervjuerna skedda en till en. Fyra inter- vjuer utfördes och granskades genom tre specialpedagogiska perspektiven, det kritiska per- spektivet, kompensatoriska perspektivet och dilemma perspektivet. Av respondenternas svar föddes tre olika delar: grundsyn på inkludering, synen på den egen undervisning utifrån ett inkluderande perspektiv och synen på vilka förutsättningar som krävs för att effektivt kunna arbeta inkluderande. Det som framkom i studien var att två av respondenterna hade samma perspektiv medan de två andra respondenterna hade två andra perspektiv. Dock var alla enade om att de önskade mindre grupper, eller alternativt två lärarsystem, vilket skulle stärka förut- sättningarna att arbeta inkluderande i klassrummet.
