Abstract [en]

The works had been created with literature, observation and interview with three teachers and a lady who works at a team that reads to schools about mobbing. These three teachers’ works at three different schools at different levels at junior stage, middle stage and senior stage. I choose this subjects because I become used it in my future worked. The reasons to mobbing could be there it needs some scapegoat, there negative attitudes, prejudices and aggressive behaviour against some innocent and probably more not dangerous person, so called scapegoat. The study shows there are common traits at victims and person which mobs. There are measures in the study witch shows effective to prevent. The interviews that been done with the teachers shows that all currents schools works preventing against mobbing. Named schools had team that works against mobbing action plan to mobbing and preventing plan of measures to works with mobbing.
