This is a study trying to find any signs of communication between the high school and the special high school, two school forms located in the same premises. The surveyor has experienced difficulties in finding relevant literature treating this problem. The literature that has been identified is above all one where research within the social aspect points to the support of the development disabled, to trends of development as well as to problems where one tries to find solutions applicable to the individual and her close environment. The main source is thus the material from the National Agency for Education, consisting of the School Act, the Syllabus, the Aims of Course and the Curriculums. The study concluded that the ones live within the limitations set by the high school, and the others live within the limitations set by the special high school. One reads fine words of cooperation and exchange, and one thinks, Yes this is the way we want things to be. Practically, unfortunately, things are quite different. Pupils go side by side but ignore each other in a frightening negligence, instead of offering open-armed what the different forms of school can give, and instead of letting all develop together.
