The children (it may sometimes concern all of us) who are in need of special help, generates hard as well as happy feelings. More often the output gives us the information that more and more children leave the school without acceptable marks, I’ve been interested to find out why and this study will prove some decisive parts. The head purpose in this study is to look at rewarding conditions between the teacher and the pupil. The second purpose is to try to find out some suitable methods to develop the teacher’s way, how to treat the child. I’ve been using a method doing observations with a filmcamera with following conversations, inspired of Stimulus recall, at a school with a different profile. The result contains much information to the purposes of this study. Many of the facts as to be sensitive, humble, fair and flexible are obvious. The method used in this study shows the difficulties, to find out real deep details, with being watched and criticized by other colleges. To conquer the perspective of the child, got your own knowledge and have the focus on personal relations are some that have been distinct using “Stimulus recall” and dare to meet the critic from the team. The method even discovers hidden sides about the participants and the latest research tells us that the results of how to treat the children and the interaction at Swedish school activity are worse than earlier thoughts. Perhaps there is a connection between the latest research about the meaning of interaction and all the children, who leaves the school without acceptable marks, which allow and inspire to further research within the territory.
