Abstract [en]

I have met introvert and extrovert children at serveral schools as a stundent and as a supply teacher. I feel a lack of knowledge regarding treatment and attitude to these children. The aim of this research is to increase my awareness by learning how some teachers regard their work, their treatment and their attitude to introvert and extrovert children. The object is also to present the consciousness of the teachers. How do some teachers consider their work with introvert and extrovert children concerning treatment and attitude, and also how aware are they? I have interviewed five form masters and a stand by teacher in this research. The result shows that the teachers for the most part are more aware of the extrovert children in their work with them. I have come to the conclusion that there is an uncertainty and also an ambiguity among some teachers in their work with introvert children.
