At a block of service flats in Filipstad the employees have tried to work according to the three days on three days off system. This means that they work during three days and then they get off for three days and so on. This has gone so well that they use it as their ordinary working timetable. Can this be a way to make the employees feel that they will have higher quality of life? This because of that working life is so important. My result shows that the employees feel that their quality of life have been encouraged because of the three days on three days off system. A big part of that is because they think they have got more time, free time and familytime. But they also feel thoroughly rested. The examination realized as a case study where I took a closer look at the connection between the three days on three days off system and quality of life.
