We also want to examine why the attitude towards the current internal communications differs, and present suggestions of how to improve this area. Generally, the employees at Kvaerner Pulping are satisfied with today’s internal communications. However, a few areas are unfavourably reviewed. We believe that improvements in each of those areas together would result in a progress regarding the company’s internal atmosphere. The criticism concerns the following parts: A lack of technical information as a result of company secrecy Shortage in the communicative leadership Undeveloped cross communication Difficulties in navigating the intranet The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
