Abstract [en]

We give a short introduction to coding theory putting cyclic codes in position. We define binary cyclic codes and some other important algebaical concepts for coding theory. Some different algorithms of decoding; Meggitt, Standard Array, error-trapping method of BCH- code of length 15, are described.
