The report starts with an introductory part where earlier research is touched. Foremost, Mr Jan Lundqvist´s work, map of quanternary geology from 1958 is to be mentioned. Another work of importance is the investigation lead by Ms Eva Lidèn from 1983, which classifies the geo-scientific protection value within the investigation area. In the following part, the objective of the report is declared. The objective is to describe and explain the glacial, fluvial and anthropogenic surface shapes, and to find out whether the nature protection in the area is as strong as in the similar area at Brattforsheden. With other words, has the nature in Gräsmarksdeltat been more effected then the area in Brattforsheden ? A geological description as well as more general description of the investigated area, are also included. In the field, the positions of the surfaces have been decided with the use of a height meter and a Theodolite. The result is presented at a later stages in the report together with a short defination and explanation. After making a comparison with Brattforsheden, discussions and conclusion follow. In the discussions, it is explained the probable up come of the glacial and fluvial surface landforms. Futhermore, the spread and impact of the anthropogenic surface forms in the nature is explained. Finally, it is concluded that the investigation area contains a lot of glacial, and fluvial surface landforms worth to protect, and much is left to investigate. In parallel, anthropogenic activities are ongoing in the area, which makes it necessary to strengthen the nature protection in the future to prevent the sensitive nature not to be effected at too high extent.
