I took this subject because I think this is a very important but difficult problem that mast be brought up to discussion. My purpose with this essay was to show how this problem looks like theoretic and practical. I have interviewed seven teachers to find out what they know about this and what they think it is. The interviews have been put together too compare with researchers theories on the subject.
